us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit
card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have
trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

The information you provide us will remain confidential, we will not release any details that you provide us

capable browsers display a symbol (usually a complete Key or Closed Lock) when operating in a secure environment.
For additional security, we process your payment and order information on machines that are not connected to the
Internet.
Payment Methods
Northwest Import Parts accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Visa/MasterCard debit cards. After
filling out our online checkout form an invoice number will be generated and an order
confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. If you prefer you can call us and place your
order on the phone. Checks must clear before the order is shipped. Call for COD orders.
Minimum order $10.00
Sales Tax Information
Due to the location of our store, we are not required to charge sales tax.
Returns
Returns will be accepted that are postmarked not more than 30 days after the shipping date. After that there
will be a restocking charge of 20%. Part must be unused and in new-sale condition. No returns after six months.
Warranties
Warranties are that of the manufacturers and are subject to the submission to the manufacturer for approval.
The warranty period varies by manufacturer. Northwest Import Parts LLC shall not be liable for labor, incidental,
or consequential damages as a result of the failure of any part. No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
is made. Northwest Import Parts LLC is not associated or endorsed by the MG Car Company.
