Northwest Import Parts utilizes the latest security technology to protect your personal information.
All information you submit to us is securely encrypted using industry standard SSL
(Secure Socket Layer) technology. This process makes it extremely difficult for anyone
to access or decode the information. The information you provide us will remain confidential
and will only be used for shipping and billing purposes. We will not sell or give away your
personal information. All your information will stay with Northwest Import Parts.
You can tell when you're in a secure environment by the following signs: One, the URL to the
left of the colon changes from "http" to "https" to symbolize that this site is using SSL
technology. Two, all SSL capable browsers display a symbol (usually a complete Key or Closed
Lock) when operating in a secure environment. For additional security, we process your
payment and order information on machines that are not connected to the Internet.

Payment Methods
Northwest Import Parts accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards. After
filling out our online checkout form an invoice number will be generated and an order
confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. If you prefer you can call us and place your
order on the phone. You may also mail or fax us your order, just click on"Mail or Fax Order"
when you have entered your order and it will print out a copy that you can
mail or fax. Call for shipping amounts. Checks must clear before the order is shipped.
Call for COD orders. Minimum order $10.00

Returns
Returns will be accepted that are postmarked not more than 30 days after the shipping date.
After that there will be a restocking charge of 20%. Part must be unused and in new-sale condition.
No returns after six months.

Delivery & Shipping Charges
We will begin processing your orders immediately upon receipt. If we are out of stock and
waiting for a delivery we will contact you immediately, either by e-mail or by phone
and tell you the expected ship date. If you have any questions regarding the status of
your order, please call us. We check every order manually before your credit card is charged.
We ship by UPS.
Ground shipping charges varies by zone, weight and size.
Ground shipping rates generally cost between 5% and 15% with a $7.50 minimum. Certain rural
areas cost an additional $1.50.
Air shipping is also available, call for rates.
Canada customers please call for rates.
The applicable shipping charges will be added to your order.

Sales Tax Information
Due to the location of our store, we are not required to charge sales tax.

Warranties
Warranties are that of the manufacturers and are subject to the submission to the manufacturer for approval.
The warranty period varies by manufacturer. Northwest Import Parts LLC shall not be liable for labor, incidental,
or consequential damages as a result of the failure of any part. No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
is made. Northwest Import Parts LLC is not associated or endorsed by the MG Car Company.
